Macy // 夏日消暑士多啤梨新食法



雖然冬天既韓國士多啤梨又甜又抵食
但我同仔仔都好鐘意食士多啤梨,所以我成日都會買黎食
除左原粒食之外,都會花下心思,氹下小朋友

1: 將士多啤梨洗淨 ,放入冰格,雪1個半-2個鐘
(我係雪左2個鐘,士多啤梨未完全 變冰狀既,視乎個人喜好喔)

2: 將葉切走
(建議,雪好先切,因為無咁易漏汁)



3: 我會再將士多啤梨切細粒 ,加上煉奶・ 食個陣撈好,食得 !!!
